Kelly started as a Case Manager for ISC in June 2021. She was born in Burnsville, MN, but moved to California on military orders with her husband and four children in 2018. She is a loving mother to two boys, 12 & 5 years old and twin six year old girls. Kelly is an experienced surrogate, delivering in April 2021 for intended parents from France. Kelly and her family love sports, dirt biking, hiking, and when she’s not busy building new families at the office, she is rescuing farm animals and giving them forever homes on their little slice of California heaven!
