Erica is the Intake and Matching Director and oversees the surrogate intake, intended parent intake, and matching departments at ISC. She also educates and works with new intended parents as they start their search for a surrogate and help them through the matching process. Erica has worked in the field of third party reproduction for over 8 years. From experience working on the clinical side of surrogacy, working with referral sources, and working at an agency, Erica incorporates experience and perspective from many different angles to her role at ISC. Erica received her degree in Health Sciences and has always had a passion for helping others.
Erica lives on the East Coast with her partner, their two teenage daughters, her dog, and two cats. In her free time she loves spending time outdoors, hiking, playing volleyball or softball, and simply spending time with her family and their dog. Erica has been an egg donor 8 times and a surrogate 3 times, delivering surrogate babies in 2019, 2021 and 2023. Her family is her biggest support and they love being able to share all of the joy and love that helping bring babies into this world brings to us all.
